Start - Settings - Controll Panel - Ststem - "Device Manager" tab.
Click in the "+" beside "Universal Seriall Bus Controllers".
Do you see "USB Root Hub" and/or "USB 2.0 Root Hub"?

If the latter appears: Voilą !

One way is... if your machine has more then two USB ports.
Mine has four in the back. My boy's has two in the back
and two in front. If you only have two in the back and no
others then you probly do not have a USB2 port. But that
does not mean the MB does not have the jacks for them.
Check the MB owners manual or the mfg's website of the MB.
