Default Transferring Programs from Windows 2000 Pro to windows 98 SE

I would like to transfer harddrive info from a PC that is as old as MOSES, 2
Gig harddrive ab 64 bits of PC 66 Memory. Can i transfer programs from a 2000
Pro to my PC with 98SE? My 98SE PC is updated too DDR Memory . If ther is a
way can someone tell me how to do this. Thanks all and everyone have a safe
