Default Administrative privileges

I know I will get flamed for posting this here (Windows 95) but I don't have
anywhere else to turn and I sure am hoping that someone will take the time to
help me.

I am trying to install Netzero isp software on a Windows 95 (4.00.950a)
machine. During the install process a window pops up stating that I do not
have administrative privileges. I contacted Netzero and they said to install
DUN 1.4 and Winsock2 update which I have but I still get the same message.

Can someone please tell me how to set up administrative privileges so that I
can get past the admin. problem?

Thanks in advance,
Yeto

Unless you're clicking the Cancel button when asked to log onto Windows 98
(and Windows 95, and WindowsMe), all users are administrators.
