Default Need Help Reinstalling iexplore.exe

Like Michelle's post below (found at
http://shoalhaven.net.au/sis/techboard/messages/8626) I also lost my
iexplore.exe file on my recently purchased used Dell XPS D333 w/ Win98.

Here are a few suggestions to fix the problem of iexplore.exe not being on
your computer:
Try to repair your Internet Explorer, by doing the following:
Go to Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information and
then pick Tools from the top of the new box that has opened. From the menu,
pick Repair Internet Explorer.
If you get a message saying that your Internet Explorer cannot be repaired
and you need to run the setup file again, go back to the Find, Files or
Folders, and look for either ie5setup.exe or ie6setup.exe…unless you save
your downloads to a specific file.
Once you find one of the two setup files, double-click the appropriate one
and reinstall your Internet Explorer.
If you cannot find the ie5setup.exe or ie6setup.exe files on your computer,
you can download the appropriate one from:
http://helpdesk.uvic.ca/how-to/supp...95/msiexpl.html
Once you reinstall either the ie5setup.exe or ie6setup.exe file, the
iexplore.exe should be back on your computer. /quote]

OK, I tried Kelly's suggestion above, but to no avail.
The url which Kelly gave is (after 5yrs) of course no longer active.
I do not have a setup CD (this being a used Dell XPS D333).
I do have a MSWin98 CD to be used for new PC only, so can that be used to
reinstall iexplore.exe?
OR- Does anyone have a current or working url to download either
ie5setup.exe or ie6setup.exe files???
OR- any other tech discussion grps that are worth visiting?

Thanks,
Thom
