Default Internet set up

I have a window 98, I install people pc internet and everything with the
download seem to have went right, except I can't connect to internet. can
someone help please, I posted before but no one answer,

Default Internet set up

Can you hear Peoples PC try to dial your modem? My grandfather had problems
with that and it was just his modem connection. Peoples PC tech support
should help.
