Default Iexplore has performed and illegal operation

Can someone help me??This message comes up when I use the
internet, especially when I look up specific things like
stock symbols etc. It doesn't do this every time I use
the internet. When I look at details on message, it says:
IExplorercaused an invalid page fault in module
Kernel32.DLLat 0167.bff87ede and it gives a bunch of
registers. What can I do about this. I can't
automatically shutdown my computer and then when I start
it again it checks everything. Please Help!!

.
Go to msn.com and then on the left go to Download and

then on the bottom right, put in Kernel21.dll in the
search area and you should get your answer
