Rpcss has pefromed and illegal operation...???!!!!

I just installed the new SBC Global internet service to my
computer and everything was working fine now all of a
sudden an error sign "RPCSS has performed and illegal
operation and must be shut down" keeps showing up.
What do I do to fix this problem???
