Illegle operation

Well just now when I tried to post a question it just had this error again.
And it about Internet explorer.
First my pc info:
OS's Win98 SE
Win 2000 Pro.
60mb of RAM.
7GB HD
450MHz CPU
Well in win 98 It has a Illegle operation thingy and closes Internet
explorer. It does it once in a while. Is that a problem?
