Default spyware and explorer problems

i had many spyware files on my computer. I was notified of
this through explorer. I installed a spy killer, and
cleaned the system. Now, in hotmail, i cannot recieve any
emails. Also through outlook. The spies are not gone,
they keep returning, and now my whole explorer is infected
with something. Why can i not perform a system upgrade on
explorer? I need some kind of administrator code, this
does not help me at all, how can i do an explorer upgrade
check? thanks..
