Default CPU fan speed is too high

I have PIV 2.0 ghz with 256 MB RAM, my cpu fan speed is
too high just like an aeroplane running on the background.
I contact with my manufacturer & he said that in PIV
computer RPM of the fan is too high. Can anyone have a
solution for this.

Most likely the problem is that the manufacturer used a cheap fan.

Ask them to replace the fan, or check with your local computer repair
shop regarding a replacement fan. They are not that expensive.

Good luck

Search in Google for quiet fans and heatsinks.
It doesn't have to be noisy.
