Default Device Manager problem

Under "other devices" I have a question mark.
It shows also PCI CARD and PC MASS STORAGE CONTROLLER with a yellow question
mark.
What can I do to fix it ?

Default

Might be what it appears, a controller on a PCI card. Or, might be a
supplemental controller on the motherboard. Could be RAID. What's under
the hood?
Solution is rather obvious, install the driver for it.
