Default Re colour settings

Hi, I posted yesterday and said I could only use 16 colour
on my pc after formatting, and was told I needed to
install my craphics drivers.

Thanks for that, I then rememered that I had a couple of
cd's that came with my pc, 1 is the Motherboard Utility
cd, which I have now loaded, the other cd is the Graphics
sound Network Drivers Utilities cd.( I know, I would be
dangerous if I had more than 2 brain cells lol)

When I tried installing the graphics cd, it did not run
automatically, so I clicked on my computer icon and opened
it from there in the hope that I could install it.

However when I opened it, I was presented with the
following folders: Radeon family: rage furymaxx: rage 128
pro family: rage 2128 family:and rage pro family.

As I have no idea which of these i need to install, I
havent installed any of them, and am hoping someone will
be able to help.

some further info which I hope might help: My pc is an ADM
Duron, 1100 cpu QDI Kinetiz Skt A Motherboard, and I have
an AGP Graphics Card. Not sure if this helps, but I live
in hope lol.

Thanks all. Don.

To find out what Graphics card you have, either go to Device Manager, and
look at the entry for Display Adapter.
If you have reason to think that perhaps that isn't right - or doesn't give
enough information, then download Everest Home edition - from
www.lavalys.com

http://www.lavalys.com/products/over...ng=en&pageid=1

Run that, and it should not only tell you the correct model number - but
also give you a link to the card manufacturer's support website!

Everything seams to be ok now, thanks again to all who
