router, you can interrogate the router for IP assigned. See documentation
on router for this.

I hope you changed the default router entry password
for security sake.


I don't remember a password. This is a home network anyway,
so my issue is keeping outsiders outside.... if you get my
drift.

Hi here i list out the steps to find the ip address of your windows 98 system .They are
1. Go to your "Start" button and select the "Run" option
2. Type in winipcfg
3. A command window will pop up and list your IP number.
Else if you want to find your network ip address then visit sites like http://www.ip-details.com/ they will display your network ip address along with details like ip location ,country ,ISP address and so on ...
