Default Help me ID an old program

Hello all,
I grew up with windows 98 in the house, I remember many games from childhood (and still am on the Myst series) but there was one of many games from my childhood i cannot remember much about for the life of me. I am pretty sure it was not on a cd-rom, so probably a download. And i know this is very unlikely. And it's slightly possible it's a fake memory, but i doubt it because i remeber using every other game and program when i was very young, and even that we had a Penn State desktop background. So here goes.
There is a black background with suns and moons (with faces) on it. When clicked or perhaps on a timer they move around. It's been driving me crazy! I can list almost all the games (And will list some if wanted) ut can barely remeber much about this one. Thanks!
Aaron
