How do I move my task bar from the top of the screen back
down to the bottom of the screen (horizontal)?

Thanks

There are several ways, but the simplest is to run System Restore and
roll-back to the last
time/date that the task bar was in its correct location.

Good luck

Mart

Using the left mouse button, grab the taskbar in an empty area (where no
icons or program tiles are) and drag it back to where you want it, then
release the right mouse button.

Left click on an empty part of the taskbar and hold the
button down. Then drag the mouse pointer to the bottom of
the screen and then let go of the mouse button.
If this doesn't work, then you might have the "Moving and
Resizing" option disabled for the taskbar. To enable:
Right click on an empty part of the taskbar and then left
click on "Properties"
Click on the "Advanced" tab.
At the bottom of the page where it says "Start menu and
taskbar", scroll down the list until you see "Enable
moving and resizing". Click the box to the left to place
a checkmark in the box which enables that feature.
