Default remote assitance & terminal server

Hi,

I have a remote customer with a Win98 PC controlling a scientific
instrument. Due to an image aquisition problem he requested assistance.

I am asking if it would be possible to do with Win 98 a Remote Assitance
session or better a terminal server session, as I do with the Windows XP
professional customers? I remember I saw some time before a download at
microsoft.com with the remote assitance patch, but know I don`t find it
anymore.

Is this posible to obtain any help in this issue or any other way to fix and
configure the customer`s Pc over internet (with the proper security rights).

Thank you for a prompt reply.

Regards,

Cristian

Check out the VNC server/client from http://www.realvnc.com/ to see if it
will help. Windows 98 cannot be a remote access host, only a client. You
need to add software that will allow remote access.
