Microsoft Internet Explorer Error

I have an error message form microsoft that keeps popping
up each time I access the internet it crashes the internet
explorer and leaves only msn messenger working it gives me
to options to Send error report or Don't Send
I have been told to go onto this webstie and type 293623
into the Search and it brings up a resolution that hasn't
worked.....please help!

If you are using the Error Reporting Tool, disable it so you can access the
error message in a more understandable form. Informationon how to disable
