not getting e-mails automatically. Have to hit refresh
every time to get e-mails. what do I do?
Windows 98-----
Also, I have no back arrow & don't know how to get it
back. Have to hit backspace on computer.

Ok, we know what operating system you are using. That's good.

Now, what are you using to access your emails? Internet Explorer? What email
service are you using? Hotmail? Something else?
