Restoration Incomplete

Have a Gateway Windows XP 1 month old. System Restore does not work. It
says, Restoration Incomplete. Have turned off Norton but still dosen't work.

Norton was good 15 years ago. OS "system" tools are as good as
their maker. (Hint?)

Get Acronis True Image, back up a perfectly tweaked defragged c
drive, and never worry about ANYTHING again.

You DO keep all your *data* on separate partitions?
