Default trouble with reinstall

If this is a fresh install, deltree the Windows folder and try again. If the same thing
happens, open the case and remove and reseat the memory modules.

Default trouble with reinstall

I can get into my A: drive. If I can format the C: drive for the A: drive.
Can I be able to install the program back in?
