Starting Up

Hi,

Hope someone can help. I have had a problem with pop-up
ads and whn I downloaded an adware remover it was supposed
to have worked! Now windows will not restart as when
windows is about to load a message comes up saying Windows
explorer has made an illegal operation,
explanation: 'Explorer caused an invalid page default in
module' when I close this windows does not load up and am
left with a blank screen. Help I cannot access my computer
and need much of the data on it, so I cant just reboot or
format.
Can anyone help or suggest somewhere that can?

What 'adware remover' did you download?
