Default Beginning dump of physical memory htoskrnl.exe brings blue screen

I am using a desktop computer with the following spec:
CPU: Intel Pentium III 800 Mhz
Intel 256 Kb Cache
Mainboard: ASUS P3V133
SDRAM: 128 MB APACER
OS: Windows 2000 with SP2

Almost always when I work with Internet Explorer 5 (with SP2) after openning
few homepages, the moment I start to click a link, the page goes blue and
following message appears:
*** Stop: OX0000000A(0XE137E1C8,0x00000002,0X00000000,0X8046 1A03)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
*** Address 80461A03 base at 804000000, DateStamp 3ad7ad60_htoskrnl.exe
Beginning dump of physical memory

and computer freezes with no other way except to restart physically.
Actually I have this problem from the time I have bought the computer about
3 years ago. It is very hurting and I have tried many things all in dare. I
fear it might be a cause of miscompatibility of my RAM with other hardware
parts. Once a friend recommended me to upgrade my RAM but I couldn't.

It will be highly appreciated if you guide me how to solve the problem as it
is a very annoying to start everything from zero.

TIA
