work/browsing web
Hi all,
My employer has just recently "banned" most internet sites...meaning we can only view ones that they have ok'd previously. We have an "internet/computer" go-to girl, but she is on vacation, and no one else here can get access to certain websites (mainly banks). Is there any way to get around this? TIA |

Change employers. You have no right to try and bypass your employer's
internet restrictions. -- _______________________________________ Sandi - Microsoft MVP since 1999 (IE/OE) http://inetexplorer.mvps.org "mayollie" wrote in message ... I think that you have misunderstood the question--I am
asking this because my employer asked me too. you see, both the owner and the controller dont know much about computers, and so they chose one person to handle all of the computer/internet business. What I am saying, is that there is only one person here (and she is camping in the mountains at the moment) that knows how to change this and my boss needed to get to this website. I just want to say that I think that the way you responded was quite rude, and I have been reading messages and replys on here and it seems like most "MVP" people respond this way. I dont really think its necessary. -----Original Message----- Change employers.
