RASAPI32.dll

Just my luck. Over at a friends place. Her laptop is acting up (and
certainly is). She has no virus protection so I downland and install
AVG. Picks up 17 different viruses and cleans them.

Fine to here.

However, somewhere in the above her interent connection was lost from
her desktop. When I went to simply make a new connection I get the
message that RASAPI32.dll is missing.

Now I've had to bring the damned thing home with me to try and fix it.
I would appreciate any help please. Her laptop is running Windows 98.
