Printer error message - unknown system error
My HP890C has worked fine for years. A while ago I ran
disk cleanup and ever since then have not been able to print. When I click on "print" I can hear the computer trying to read the "A" drive. Then I get the error message " There was an error writing to LPT1 due to an unknown system error. I don't know if this is related but I can no longer play Solitaire (get "illegal" error message) and the computer also tries to read the "A" drive when I shut down the computer. Has anyone had any experience with this and successfully resolved the problem? Thank you. |
