Out of memory at line XX

Default Out of memory at line XX

When on the web as a page loads i"m getting an error
message "out of memory on line XX" the line number changes.
Could this be the RAM? how can I check this.

I do not recognise that error. Please provide more information. I suspect
that is not the entire text.

Hello Sandi
Thank you for the reply, I have since formatted the hard
drive and reinstalled everything. So far everything is OK.
The error message is as written as below.
