Default Missing TCP/IP & Client For MS Networks

When I go to add Client for Microsoft Networking and TCP/IP Protocol in
Network Configuration , nothing shows.

Click add, click Client and nothing.
Click add, click Protocol and only IEEE 802.1X Protocol shows.
