Default Error

I get a/an error every time windows loads up. Only shows
at the start of windows, the code is:
(Error: OE : O17F : BFF4543D). What does this code mean?
Also various programs have quit working. When I click on
one of them, a message appears that states: (This
application must be installed to run. Please run setup
from the location where you originally installed the
application) They were working fine a week or so ago.
Lastly my home page to IE keeps going to some weird search
engine that I have never gone to, the web address is:
aboutblank. I do have Adaware 6.0, Spybot S&D, Spyware
Nuker, Registry Mechanic, and McAfee virus installed. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You for any help
Brian

Spyware Nuker is, itself, Spyware!!
get rid of it - after using System Restore to return back to a point in
which your PC works properly.
