Default IE6 FULL download

Following this thread here http://tinyurl.com/yyojwj
does anyone have a URL for the full download not just the installer,
I have tried this http://www.updatexp.com/download-ie6.html but won't
download everything as I won't run it when it wants to.

It's for a full format on a 98SE machine.

TIA

I don't understand. *Why* won't the procedures in that article work? What do
you think you're running? That procedure only downloads the files and does
not require that you install anything.

Sorry, I don't have a different link for you.

It all goes well to start with, then I get the following screen
http://tinyurl.com/tatn5 then I click on don't run and get the following
http://tinyurl.com/sta8l then I click on don't run again and get the
following http://tinyurl.com/y88qj2 If it makes any difference I'm running
XP Pro SP2 and trying to download in that OS but I don't think it makes any
difference.

Any advice?

TIA.

No, no need for the list. I don't know what's going on with your machine. I
have no problems using that technique on my WinXP Pro SP2 fully-updated
machine. It would appear that for some reason when you download an EXE, it
wants to crank right up. Perhaps some background app like antivirus is
starting the EXE during its scan operations. I don't know.

Anyway, I've made a single ZIP file for you to download from my site.
