I cannot get my 2nd computer to connect to internet
I have a Belkin Router and Network Card. The rounter is
connected to the main which is running Windows XP, the second is running Windows 98. When we first started, it totally worked. Then I ran SpyBot (I really think I got rid of something I shouldn't have) and since then the 2nd shows it is connected, it communicates with the first - green light, says service is excellent - BUT I cannot pull up any web pages or connect to any IM's. I called Belkin Support and after two hours of changing a million things, he said it is connected and he doesn't know why it's not working...reload internet explorer. I did... to no avail. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. thank you, Roseanna |
