USB problems
I have a Philips 400Mhz, 256Ram, Windows 98SE. I am not
able to use my USB ports and there is nothing in the devise manager showing any even exist. I have two USB ports on the back of my tower as well as a 4-port hub and none of the are recognized. My son-in-law says it sounds like something in the Bios and I do not want to mess with anything there for fear I could really mess things up. Thanking you in advance for any help you can send my way.
