To change the Log Off name
Use the Logoff option - then create a new user by typing whatever name you
want in the logon form - leave the password blank, and you shouldn't need to log on again, and it should autologon to your new username. -- Noel Paton (MS-MVP 2002-2006, Windows) Nil Carborundum Illegitemi http://www.crashfixpc.com/millsrpch.htm http://tinyurl.com/6oztj Please read http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm on how to post messages to NG's "robert" wrote in message ... Noel, is it ok if you elaborate a bit on the Logoff option, where/how to do? To change the Log Off name
Just reformatted instead as I was having a lot of problem installing the
drivers. So, now when I boot up, there is this loyg-in dialog which I now do not want this dialog page to appear. I know how to do it in win87 but it does not apper to have the password icon etc Many thanks "Noel Paton" wrote: When you click on the Start button, do you get an option to Log off? - if so, then use it -- Noel Paton (MS-MVP 2002-2006, Windows) Nil Carborundum Illegitemi http://www.crashfixpc.com/millsrpch.htm http://tinyurl.com/6oztj Please read http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm on how to post messages to NG's "robert" wrote in message ...
