still have problem kdp5cd6.dll and getting worse

When I try to open a windows application (mycomputer,
mynetwork) I get an error that states "explorer has caused
an error in KDP5C6D.DLL EXPLOER SHUTS DOWN" The error
states to reboot but that does not fix the problem. I have
searched microsofts knowledge base and found nothing can
someone help. I do not get this error when I open up other
applications (norton, word, excel) only the exploer
functions. Ihave run adware 6.0 norton and spybot. all
that has done is change the message tothat shdocvw.dll has
the problem. It seems that I can not use window explorer.
I try to do a find and it locks up the computer. Any ideas
I really need help on this one

that you made about 3hrs earlier than your new one.
