Default Two On-screen Keyboard Problems

1- When I start On-screen Keyboard it turns off Num Lock. If I turn it
back on, while On-screen Keyboard still running, it turns off again with
mouse movement. If I hover on Break or Page-Up keys, Num Lock light
flashes.

2- Also if On-screen Keyboard is minimized it stops other programs to
minimize - if clicked in taskbar on that program's button. Only Min button
on top right will do.

How can I rectify these?

Thanks
