Default Problems loading websites

I keep getting Page Cannot be Displayed (and Cannot find server or DNS
Error) errors seemingly at random. This started a few months ago. Using
IE6, but same thing happens in Firefox. Sometimes, half the search results
in Google don't work for me! Then if I try the same site later, the page
might load. Any ideas?

I notice the same thing... I think my ISP's DNS servers suck too much.

Try using different DNS servers. I do as my ISPs DNS servers are the pits
so use instead others that are based here in the UK.

Ok thanks for replying. I can't find info on the web about how to do this.
Right now in my NIC's TCP/IP properties, DNS is disabled.

First eliminate any spyware.

you try to remove spyware using any of these programs , download a copy of

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available he
