Default MSN Explorer and Download Manager

My problem is that when i try to use the download manger
in MSN Explorer my computer tries to download a file
called "current.downloadhost". I had a similar problem
with using MSNMail. It tried to download something
called "mail.mailhost". I fixed this by running "regsvr32
c:\progra~1\msn\msncorefiles\mailui.dll". I fix I found on
the internet, by the way. I was wondering if there was a
similar fix for the download manager? I've tried to
reinstall MSN9 but it doesn't seem to install correctly.
