Ayuda no entro en una pagina

Hola necesito ayuda:
Intento entrar en una pagina, exactamente www.zzchat,com como ususario
registrado y me da un error y
no tengo manera de entrar, el error es:
webs/html/relaciones/include/rel_usuarios.php on line 454
y luego pone:
warning.supplied argument is not a valid PosgreSQL result resource
in/webs/html/relaciones/include/rel_usuarios.php on line 455
Que me impide entrar como ususario registrado q estoy? Tengo milenium ¿puede
ser por la version de explorer? es la 5.5
