Default Reinstall Motherboard drivers, Windows 98, etc.

Hi All,
Recently my PC having some system problems, so I do a
Fdisk in MS DOS mode, and do a Partitions and Formatting
of C & D drives for my PC. After this stage, I dont know
what to do. When I insert the cd-rom to reinstall back the
motherboard drivers, Windows 98SE and other programs back
again, the system is not responding . Must I need to go to
Utility Setup / Advance Setup to change some setting.
Please advice me step by step for me to follow.
