Default Lost access to Windows Help Files

Because I was having difficulty loading and running Norton
SystemWorks 2004, I manually removed a bunch of files from
just about everywhere. I had also recently uninstalled my
HP driver files and noticed a bunch of leftover HP files
which I removed. I suspect that I removed some things I
shouldn't have and that is the reason my HH.exe file (or
some of its components) is missing.

I can't find HH.exe on my Windows 98 CD. Is there anything
I can do to get my help files back?

Thanks, overzealous

98SE CD: Win98_45.cab
