scandisk & disk defrag
I recently decided to upgrade from win98se to xp pro. Some
of the software was incompatible with xp so I decided not to upgrade. Now I can't run Scandisk or Disk Defragmenter at all. I've tried everything I can think of (including disabling Norton Antivirus and Firewall), but scandisk runs 10 times and tells me some other program is writing to Windows. Can someone point me in the right direction?
