Default Limit disk space

I run an office with public computers and I'm tired of
people saving too much stuff to the hard drive. I'd like
to limit the amount of space on the hard drive that people
can use to save things, maybe with a password or
something. I know that newer versions of Office have the
capacity to do that, but how would i do that on windows 98?

Win98 does not enable this.

You would not. You need a Server operating system to establish and enforce
disk space quotas.
