Default Scheduled defrag?

Anyone suggest a method to perform a scheduled defrag. of the hard drive on
a Win98 machine? Ideally this should so the following...

- At a predetermined time (for example 22:00 every Friday)...
- Start from a machine where Win98 is running but of otherwise unknown
status
- Close all applications
- Perform a CHKDSK and abort in the event of an error
- Defrag. the drive
- Restart Windows 98.

Thanks,
Paul DS.
