Create folder option menu gone missing...

Hi all...

Ive got a problem... I only just noticed it... when I do the usual "right
mouse button click" my long menu has disappeared, meaning that I cannot do a
simple task like creat a folder any more... the best I get in its place is
the smaller menu appearing that simply has "view, arrange icons, line up
icons, refresh & properties, along with a grey "paste & paste shortcut"

I have had to resort to dragging a folder to make a copy of a folder to get
one...

the only thing I did recently was to revert back to my older nvidia driver
as the newer one had been causing a few probs over the last several weeks...

anybody got any bright ideas on how I can recover from this silly
position...????

This problem seems often an unwanted side effect of installing nVidia
graphics drivers. If that's the case here and you don't want to use
system restore there is a registry file you can download from Aumha.org
which will should fix the problem. "Restore NEW Command. Win 9x" at

sorry didnt spot the earlier post...

run the file "new"... now its all back to normal... brilliant...
