Default Windows 98SE Connection to Printer Using TCP/IP

I have a half dozen machines running 98SE that I would like to connect to an
HP8150 Laser Printer via TCP/IP. The printer is not connected to any machine.
Rather , it's just connected to our network with its own IP address, but does
not show up when I browse our network. I can connect easily with my XP
machines just by creating a TCP/IP port. But, I can't figure out how to
connect from the 98SE machines. Any and all help would be much appreciated.
