Default ms.config

In the Run box I typed ms.config. The computer said it
couldn't find this file. In Find the same answer came up.
I don't know where it went. On my laptop which is also
Windows 98, it comes up. How do I restore it?

Start Run, type: msconfig (without the period)

You have it wrong.
It is MSCONFIG

Don't put the . in. It is just msconfig
