Default File: iphlpapi.dll

I am trying to install a Wireless adapter on my Dell
Laptop. I received the following error message while
installing the adapter:

The file 'iphlpapi.dll' on Windows 98 Second Editions CD-
ROM cannot be found.

The following error occured: 'The file was not found'.
(eror#2).

What is strange is that I was able to locate the
file 'iphlpapi.dll' on my CD-ROM but I received a message
that the file being copies from th3e CD-ROM is older than
the file on my computer. The message recommended that I
don't overwrite the file on my computer with the file from
the CD-ROM.

Any suggestings for anyone.
