Thanks Ron Badour for your responce. I am neww to PCs so I didnt know how
much to add. I use dialup& it is a stand alone PC for home use. I can't even
get on line but Windows screen pops up all right with all the Icons OK.Only
error message is when I try to go on line with my ATT.NET ISP. Then I get
error message in ATT number that is { 629 } I run a AMD Athlon XP 2200+ with
640 G memory with a Intel { R } 536EP Modem. I was running around my PC
trying to find whats wrong an seen this Dr. Watson an tried it and that is
what came up. I didnt even know Dr. Watson was there or what he does. Thanks
for being there Ron and you have A Safe An Happy New Year.JJ

JJ,

When you respond, please click on the response you are replying to so all
information will remain in one thread and it will be easier for people to
follow what is going on. Take a look at this troubleshooting article and
see if it helps. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q161986/ If you still
cannot get on line, you might want to try your ISP's tech support.
