"COMPUTER DID NOT SHUTDOWN" MESSAGE ON EVERY START UP (WIN 98)
Even when I've shut the PC down properly, the next day I receive the "Windows did not shutdown" message, at which point the PC initiates a full scandisk.
The "fast shutdown" is disabled in the advanced options. What can I do to resolve this? |

"COMPUTER DID NOT SHUTDOWN" MESSAGE ON EVERY START UP (WIN 98)
If that doesn't provide a fix, just shut down by going
Start = Shut Down = Restart on MS DOS Mode, and then switch the PC off manually.
