Attachment won't open in Wordpad
I've just learned it may be too large to open in Wordpad.
So, how do I get the attachment into Word, or wherever, when the 'box' won't let me change the file extension??? I'm truly not computer "literate", as you may see. Any and all help appreciated.

I am also having problems opening Anything with
Wordpad. .log is one of them, but really, nothing will open. Is there a way of downloading it again, or some kind of fix? Thank you. Wordpad does not open "Anything".

Some files are not meant to be opened with Wordpad--you have to be more
