How do you go about copying emails from Outlook Express from one machine to
another using floppy disks?

There's an option under "file" in OE to export. You'd export it to your
A: drive. But if you've got much mail at all, it's not going to fit on a
floppy, or even several floppies.
The actualy files involved have the extension ".dbx". Your address book
would have the extension ".wab". That one would be more likely to fit on
a floppy. You can search your drive for those extensions if you want to
do it that way.
A CD burner would be the way to go, or network the two computers.

Wrong. OE FileExport can only export to MS Outlook or Exchange.
